FLEX STUDY SYSTEM
The #1 reason people will fail their State Exam is "LACK OF SUFFICIENT
STUDY TIME!"
It had been traditional for many years for schools like ours to hold a live
lecture series in order to relay the subject matter that was to appear on
the State Exam. However over the years we discovered this type of method
really inhibited our students from passing their tests and posed some
serious problems. First, students would often miss classes because class
scheduling was inconvenient. Secondly, students were "dragging the program
out too long," causing them to forget the information they had learned in
the beginning sessions. The biggest draw back was that they could
listen to the presentation only one time.
Keep in mind everything you do in order to prepare for this exam doesn't
really train for any of the Real Estate fields. Approximately 90% of the
information you really never use again, although you will be provided with a
basic understanding of real estate terms, laws and procedures.
The State Exam is a 200 multiple-choice question & answer
quiz
The information you will learn is comprised of subject matter and
terminology and is easier to comprehend than most of our students have
anticipated. However it covers a huge scope of information that will
need
to be memorized. To help each of our students to accomplish this
task, we
have perfected a study process that provides the use of materials that can
virtually be reviewed anytime, anywhere!...We call this our FLEX STUDY
SYSTEM!
