The courses have no assignments and no quizzes to submit to the school except for the "Real Estate Matters" course in which you may complete 10 reading assignments along with quizzes. The answers to the quizzes are not required to be submitted to the school. You can take the finals for the courses anytime after receiving the course materials. The "Real Estate Matters" course final cannot be taken until on or after the fourth day of receiving it. All finals are "Open Book" and will be available to take ONLINE or sent to you by mail and taken in the presence of a monitor. The monitor you choose can be any person as long as not related to you by blood or marriage. Passing grade is 70%. Upon passing the finals, the school provides a Certificate of Completion for each course, which lists the hours completed and the name and approval numbers for each course.

Term Of Course. 1-Year from the date of enrollment. After expiration it will be necessary to re-enroll.
