Contract Term - 1 YEAR
The Course - This consists of reading the textbook and completing 15 reading assignments. Each assignment contains 10 multiple choice quiz questions. The school is allowed to provide you with the answers to the assignments, therefore it is not necessary for you to send them in or have them graded. Scheduling the Final Examination - Anytime 18 days from the date of receiving the course materials you become eligible to take an "Open Book" Monitored Final. Our school will conveniently fax or mail the course final to a monitor right there in the community where you live. Most students choose a title insurance company or library to act as their monitor, as they usually provide the service at no cost. You may also choose a friend or associate as a monitor as long as they are not a spouse or relative or, blood related. Upon passing the course you will be provided by the school a Certificate of Completion with the course approval number, which when sent to the Department of Real Estate will satisfy the 18 month course requirement.

BOOK BUY-BACK POLICY
The school will purchase textbooks provided with courses from students for $20 each if returned to the school in an "unmarked" and "like new" condition within 2 months from date of enrollment (per each course taken). EXAMPLE: 2 courses taken. Send back one book within the first two months the second prior to the end of four months.
